What is Becoming Embodied?
It is a way of how letting the body to remember who you are internally through how we consistently show up for ourselves as the most authentically version of who you are.
Why This Happens
Many of us have learned to disconnect from our bodies as a survival mechanism.
Trauma, stress, and cultural conditioning can lead us to live primarily in our heads, ignoring the messages our bodies send us.
This disconnection can manifest as chronic tension, anxiety, emotional numbness, or a sense of being ungrounded.
