Why Your Purpose Isn't Found. It's Built Through Repetition

Welcome to this article that sounds like an adrenaline pump for your brain that can help you to manifest the life that you always want by simply doing what I will teach you here now. It is simple yet will come across like a whip that touched each part of your skin…

Just because… The only tool… that was actually working… so damn well… is never about… how much education or hard work you do and learn, rather than by practicing the role over and over again like some specific robot that already knew what their task for.. Perhaps for us as humans, I would say a purpose inside our life.

When I think about the meaning of purpose now, it comes across as a blank canvas of nothingness, just to continue doing whatever I’ve been doing for myself for a while. Something that keeps me going in another life direction of what will come up to me next, that is aligned with what I’ve been paying attention to and doing for myself. And to be honest, I thought to myself, maybe purpose should come a little bit loud, shouldn’t it? Loud means to make my system feel something, just a little bit? To keep me “motivated.” That’s when I realized I was mistaken about identity with intensity itself…. It came to my observation that intensity can be so addictive, but it won’t last forever; it's because intensity was just a sort of quick burst for your system just to give you a little bit of a taste of “aliveness.” And aliveness itself can come from different areas in your life, including something that you want to experience permanently.

Which means, if it is permanent, it needs to be as smooth as sand on the beach. It means how you feel about it shouldn’t just be for those specific hours of what you want or some experiences only, but rather a set motion of how you choose to live inside your life the minute you open your eyes until you sleep during the night. And that’s where intensity is needed to become your second option because of how much loyalty to the role that you will start to entertain for a while, right up until your body feels so familiar that it becomes so normal for you to experience.

Normal means you no longer see what you want through the lenses of needing some accessories to keep you moving and eventually do that thing, rather than you continuously doing it whenever and wherever you are without letting your mind second-guess yourself. And that’s where you can see yourself and how much you actually want to experience that life, in the way of how you choose to show up for yourself every day. And that’s where the real-life purpose as a human starts to appear.

Because for me, from the beginning of this journey, I always came across as someone who loves to give others advice and just somehow always has this longing to have my own voice around people that I encounter in my life. And that’s where writing started to come to my mind, and that’s where I just tell myself to write, right up until now at this moment of life.

And the most interesting part about it was that at first, it always came like I needed to create a ritual so that whenever I write, I will feel “motivated,” but over time, something changed. Writing is no longer something that I’ve treated as “special”; rather, it becomes who I am. It becomes the way I choose myself continuously through showing up in my life by putting myself inside this world that is full of letters, articles, books, and reading. It becomes me. Maybe the version of myself 2 years ago would be shocked to see this version of who I am today, who has been writing a lot, building her own business, and has decided to study another course that is aligned with what she’s been doing the whole time.

The truth? My mind has never expected this type of life that will just appear through me, and the only method that I’ve done is to take one step at a time. It means you don’t just think of an immediate goal of what you want; rather, 1-2 tasks of things that you can do that are aligned with your goal. One realization that I have is that the minute I let my mind go to an immediate, all-picture picture about what I should do, it makes me not even want to start and just try something else instead. I think that was because psychologically I might be going to an immediately overwhelmed state. But when I decide to just take 1-2 consistent tasks that I continuously practice for myself, aligned ideas will just come up naturally that put me into that next movement that will bring me to my future goal. I also created this space that I’ve intentionally put my attention on when I was on this journey of taking myself out of survival mode to a safety baseline:

The important thing is for you to just start without having this “criticized self, or illusion of a sign” for you to actually do it. It means to have a lot of grace and the type of conversation that you normally have for yourself. Because honestly, that’s what makes me keep moving forward to other unexpected ideas that always arrive anytime I need. I remembered the more I talked with myself in a way of nurturing her softly, the more she was evolving in that precise direction that I want to have in my life. It was like the way we grew up and show up has been mostly built through the way we spoke about ourselves so much until the soul inside our heart starts to actually believe in who we truly are.

I remembered my mom’s story about Albert Einstein and his mother. And she saw the potential role that stayed inside his mind; she said he was sent home from his school because they said, “He was recognized as too genius.” That’s how much power there is in what we choose to speak and live for ourselves. Not through constant thinking and looking, but simply believing and allowing yourself to actually do it right now.

You should stop perceiving yourself through the lenses of something that is no longer serving you. Which means, despite how much comfort that you’ve been holding over that specific identity, you start to let that go by putting yourself in a new way of living, in a way of how you choose to intentionally fill your life existence with that purpose that came from what you actually want.

To know what you want is through how much repetition of the future role that you choose to act inside of your own life now. The more you are doing it, the more it means you are coming closer to becoming a better version of yourself that’s been waiting for you to be released to the world. This is the article that I’ve written about how to stay inside that role so much until the identity started to integrate by itself:

The Future You Keep Breathing Into

Happy weekend from a little quiet corner of the internet, in a way. I’ve been seeing the world from a million different perspectives, but here I am today knowing the future is mine to begin with.

If there is one thing I learned throughout my journey, it was that time is an illusion when it comes to experiencing your own dream life that you’ve built for yourself. Your life should be perceived through your own lens itself in a way that you choose to show up for yourself. Any external feedback should be treated as a facilitator or feedback on what you choose to respond to, based on how you think it was the right action and decision for you to have.

Life appears through an alignment between the character that is inside your body and that chooses to live in that specific type of lifestyle through repetition until it becomes who you really are. And that requires repetition between your intention and the action that you choose to continuously do for yourself. The more you can stay inside that alignment based on what you fill your life existence with—one role that stays inside your body—the more reality will keep aligning you with who you really are.

And the purpose in life itself will start to become so visible in a way that how you choose to show up will eventually be matched with what you want to experience in this world. You stop negotiating with something that is not for you and just keep moving forward until what is yours starts to become so visible for you to have.
