Internal Decompression Session
Internal Decompression is a guided nervous system session designed to help release the accumulated internal pressure modern life quietly conditions people to carry.
Over time, many people unknowingly adapt to living through urgency, overstimulation, emotional suppression, constant accessibility, and internal vigilance until pressure itself starts feeling normal. Productive, even. The body becomes so accustomed to bracing that rest can feel unfamiliar, stillness can feel uncomfortable, and softness can mistakenly feel like stagnation.
This work is designed to help loosen that pattern. Not by forcing calm or removing ambition, but by helping the system recognize that movement does not need to be fueled by stress in order to be sustainable.
Through nervous system regulation, grounded conversation, emotional spaciousness, and conscious presence, Internal Decompression creates space for the body to stop gripping life so tightly and return to a way of moving that feels more connected, regulated, and internally supported.
