How Repetition Rewires Your Nervous System for Change

This episode I am talking about will be specialising in talking about “desire”. I guess that’s how every human is able to continue moving forward… By using that continuous desire to create that sense of new possibilities of what life might surprise you… However, the more surprising things that caught my eyes were that they most likely dwelled on the fact that “ Why could I not have that desire?" rather than, yes, the fact that I can think of this desire, meaning the universe just showed me another sign of which direction I should lean in …

This happens because when your system has been living in so much unintentional chaos or noise, when your desire becomes normal inside your system, you take that as “losing motivation” or “I don’t think this is actually working” rather than keeping living continuously until the reality keeps giving your desire like a quiet concierge who never announces itself but just keeps restocking your room with everything you once thought you had to beg for.

Desire starts to appear from that spike adrenaline sensation that made you feel some type of way, and the only way to normalize that is to create that repetition as someone who already has that… The goal is to make your system see it as "safety". Desire becomes normal when there is no spike inside your heart when you are talking about it because it simply has already been written as ‘This is who I am.’ You most likely should feel nothing when it comes to that “desire” for what you’ve wanted.

So, when it comes to desire in the first place, you need to know exactly what you want. Is it love? financial or career? From that place, you can start to create that new identity as someone who already has that. The thing about this world you need to keep reminding yourself is that what is happening to you right now is simply based on how you’ve been subconsciously normalised for most of your entire life. You become who you were, which was simply based on your old programming of what you called “normal” inside your system. Your nervous system never understands meaning-making as your mind did; it only cares about repetition. Repeat what you’ve been acting, moving, and reacting towards those specific things all over again until it becomes your default system. It becomes how you breathe first thing in the morning, how you immediately put some make-up on, or that night hot shower routine that made your mind believe that it’s a portal to jump into a new timeline… Everything is just simply a human-made idea that consistently creates in your thoughts repeatedly using that emotional certainty of yours that eventually becomes something or someone that reality will name it…

Now, let me give you a solid example. I was basically someone who just graduated in marketing, and learned that English is my second language + writing used to be my biggest enemy… But here I am today… Writing this article with all the words that just naturally arrive in mind like a quiet stream finding its own path—no force, no resistance, just flowing exactly where it was always meant to go. What I did was simply live as someone who already has those 6-figure book deals, because believe it or not, sooner or later I’ll get there… It's simply about that repetition and emotional certainty that you consistently create inside your mind.

The second point I want you to soak into your mind is that when you want to create that desire in those external eyes, you need to forget about doubt and fear that your mind will consistently put you through and just stay with that emotional certainty of someone who has that desire. It’s about how loyal you are to that desire. You want to make your desire shrink so that it becomes the first thing your body moves when you wake up. You want to keep creating that “moving forward illusion repetition” until it becomes how you naturally move.

 

The truth is, life is always moving forward based on what you’ve consistently self-coded yourself as “normal” to experience. So, when the word “desire” comes into your mind, it is simply your awareness giving you that nudge of "Hey, this script expired 5 years ago; you might want to upgrade it.” But, since this world has been offering you that unlimited attention that might scatter what you actually want, you most likely find yourself in the situation of “reaching for something” rather than “living inside of it". Trust me, your body is the most loyal soldier that you could ever imagine. So, when you start creating that new repetition as your chosen timeline, your mind and body will just naturally lean towards it like an iron returning to its magnet—inevitable, quiet, and impossible to resist.

The secret key about being a human is that every movement you make is the type of identity you’ve been self-coding. The reality is simply to show you who you truly are, but you most likely take it too personally. Hence, if you don’t like what you see, you simply change that entire identity by creating a new repetition pattern that your nervous system will see as "This is who I am now.” If I could imagine a scene, it would be like there is an illusion of a 24/7 camera from your nervous system about how you are intentionally living the life that you have now, which consistently gives that PDF situation of what you consistently tolerate. For example, when you are doing your work, the type of emotions that you put into it is as if someone were proud of what they’re doing, or from that illusion of "pressure". The nervous system consistently takes notes about how you feel about whatever you are doing inside your life; it consistently tries to make you able to get going with what feels “normal” for you to experience.

So, reality is simply a result of what you’ve been consistently doing using those thoughts and emotions based on who you see yourself as. So, honestly, you need to let the nervous system do that heavy job, and you just need to live like it… It’s like when an artist in the movie really soaked into their own character without thinking about anything else?!?! YESSS, that’s the type of inevitability I am talking about here…. 🎬📽️🎞️
