How to Introduce Your Future-Self Inside Your Life

Happy wonderful Friday to a very unique human on this planet Earth who’s been experiencing life in so many different ways.

I am back with this new brand identity that feels like more ease, abundance, victory, and miracles everywhere.

Here’s another receipt of how abundant this universe is, by somehow sending me back to spend time with my family and getting another chance at a reminder that I might’ve taken myself way too seriously and might’ve used my own superpower through what I thought was the right thing to do…

Until each moment became something that my nervous system feared… Well, thank God this moment was stopped when the universe sent my mom’s trusted community to my home, and we had a long conversation.

They tried to listen to me, and I found something that truly made everything change drastically. The long story short was that she taught me that the way I’ve been living is completely the opposite of who I am internally.

I’ve become the one who protects God and does life, whereas God never needs to be protected; in fact, it is the one who protected us whenever and wherever we are.

It came as a constant thought of what I thought was the “right” thing to do, as well as when my system began to feel so dangerously unsafe when she didn’t do anything but rest. Life became needing to constantly reach for something else or …..

Until I completely understand internally what I’ve been rehearsing as a wrong god to my life existence, because the truth was, embodiment living meant that after you’ve done something that you’ve currently worked on, you let it go and move forward to another thing that feels like nice, joy, and happiness.

Rather than when the impatient version of you might’ve been nudging around the edge by telling yourself, Perhaps we should invent another different thing just to fill our life existence with….

It simply meant the role that you might’ve released is not coming from a living testimony through your own faith in yourself but from unintentional action that was coming from an old script that the body still remembered.

Therefore, before we began, I’ve talked through this video about how I got to normalize my dream life until it became just an ordinary day-to-day life within me.

Well, it stopped the minute I learned something new that truly caught my attention. It was the minute I opened my eyes in the morning; I speak a prayer by giving all my day to God, letting Him handle the heavy work while I choose to live inside this specific character that feels like who I am becoming right now.

Ease immediately becomes my baseline; in a sense, I can naturally recognize that specific character who currently stays inside my body for the day. How I choose to respond in every experience is no longer coming from what I think was what I should’ve done to make everything work in my favor, but rather just existing and living inside of my life.

I’ve remembered this book called Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl, which said, “Man’s inner strength may raise him above his outward fate.” It’s the way you can articulate the narrative story of your own life beautifully by choosing the way you consciously respond to the life that appears inside of you right now.

Therefore, when you’ve thought of the word “respond,” these are things that I’ve learned throughout my journey over the past 2 years.

First and foremost, respond to the way I’ve seen the life that is moving through me when I’ve started to become more intentional with the way I show up for myself.

The crucial point that I’ve noticed is that when I’ve started to take my morning more seriously, in a way of slowing down a little bit more, by giving my body a sense of the present through what I choose to do before placing my feet into the world.

The art of slowing down became my cup of tea when I was in that era of finding who I am and a purpose that can actually make me feel content. Having 10K steps first thing in the morning used to be my new beginning routine that can help the body recognize who I am, my intention, and a goal for the day.

It taught me when to look inward and outward and placed my attention on specific things when my mind got so curious to see a beautiful human being that I couldn’t stop myself from staring.

From a long morning walk, I’ve started to find the thoughts that used to drive me forward, keep me small, fear me, worry…

Nonetheless, she was just doing a morning walk.

But from that specific activity, she learned that it is okay to be calmer; when she wants to experience something, it will always place her at a specific time to get there, and in that in-between space is how she taught herself how to be okay with the blank canvas of not knowing what will happen, a.k.a. “surrender.”

It is okay to not be okay when things start to get hard, not to start abandoning herself, but to start introducing another layer of what patience feels like inside her body.

That led me to a second point of what the real embodied practice that feels like patience is in the in-between space, while the next identity is on a route of arrival behind the scenes.

Patience is when you stop dwelling and start accepting the fact that you don’t fully experience what you want yet, meant to keep living as who you are becoming without getting distracted by what your mind might’ve made you feel and think about who you are now.

It came as continuous living as a specific character through doing one thing at a time, teaching your nervous system to be more present inside each moment that is currently happening in your life right now, rather than from a future role that you’ve introduced yourself into in your body right now.

A specific character that is coming with a new accessory of living through what you choose to consume, participate in, and engage in, and what brings you this sense of aliveness.

You’ve got to remember that this external body is only a case of this specific soul that you’ve let stay within you while experiencing the life that you currently have within.

This body has become your silicone of the inner avatar that you gave a life through a specific role that feels like who you are. It means that when the world is no longer determining your worth, relationships don't affect your confidence, but your own authority over action and decision—that is, allowing that specific reality to exist through your conscious mind.

And that’s when you will no longer act from a place of responding to what the external world does to you but from your own action that feels like how you simply want to act for the day that will bring you the type of reality that you’ve desired.

Lastly, to know who you are internally is when you start inviting God or the universe to be part of your life, meaning you stop using your mind but allowing yourself to be shaped through your vision until the quality of your actions and decisions starts to be aligned with what you want to achieve.

Being shaped that way at that time brought me to tears, leaving things that weren’t bringing good but were a burden, to have that capability to say no to a lot of things. Nonetheless, the goal here is not to cause you any more pain, but to normalize a new way of living, from how I removed all those old reflexes to a new, complete role of what home is.

Home is when you no longer need to think, but it becomes your natural way of living that grows into the upgraded you. It is not truly becoming someone new, but an evolved version of you who stays inside of your body. With those specific rules of living that you’ve created for yourself.

That’s how you recognized your future itself, through allowing the rule itself to live inside of your body so much that it created a whole new ecosystem of living reality.

So, to introduce a life that you want is not by daily thinking, but an act that comes from a specific role of who you are becoming, inner belief, and placing God as the one who gives you that direction of what your mind will naturally think of.

You eventually will become the only vessel of what you choose to continuously show up as. And that’s when you know she has arrived within you.
