How to let integrate your nervous system to the life that you want

Hello, beautiful human being... I am most certainly back to this little corner of the internet that sounds like a full of sentences, words of expression, love letters, and the reality that feels like home to be around. <3

A little bit of an upgrade in my life has been for these couple of days after I attended a full zero internet detox retreat that put me into a lot of stillness, restraint, meditation, human conversation, and groundedness.

Hm, a lot of interesting things happened during this retreat in the most spectacular way possible. First thing, it was so many times that I’ve found myself having been living inside this reality that sounds like the intention, concentration, and present self of me, the type of noise that this consciousness has been putting me that put me into a state of losing my precious inner voice almost into a thin air, replaced by a constant of human movements, gestures, and voices that don’t sound like the approval that I’ve let them to be inside of my head….

The retreat that taught me this one precious thing that I’ve taught myself currently: “To do one thing at a time, the attention and focus that the mind mostly plays apart on, and to have a need to think about the next step that I’ve should do” rather than to keep my life as simple as possible, then letting the universe do the heavy work for me instead.

The sound of simplicity that I’ve currently taught my body and mind is the motion concentration of what is truly happening right now; the new beginning of the situation that will be unfolding is by how I choose to fully show up for myself and to just as simply as “living.”

The sounds of “living” that’s been putting me into this bubble of a constant wonder of the next activity, plan, and experience through what I can produce rather than enjoying and savoring each moment and situation naturally by getting interested a little bit more in my own company, in the body, and in the self that sounds like it’s always evolving forward to another voice that sounds like a real me.

Not from what the mind taught you, the routine that’s caged you, or the constant switching of tasks every 5 minutes of the day, but this capacity of how much container within your body can provide this type of one moment at a time, that you can give your body a piece of state feeling that you choose to fully breathe in. The type of state that gives you a sense of what home is, the quality of thoughts that you reproduce through what is in front of you right now.

Not by giving the mind what it’s been doing for you, but by experiencing one experience right now that sounds like who you are. Feels like the role that gives you peace of mind.

This retreat does something in me that I’ve never seen before. Through the lens of learning about myself, in a way, which type of belief that I’ve let myself believe about what I want to feel during this experience that will move through me for those 3 days, fully detoxed from the external stimulation that the body has been absorbed…

Which self appeared through that retreat that came from the role that she wanted to play all along…

And the plot twist was I’ve switched from a role who thought I needed more inner work to a full blown of back to the sense of who I am the minute I immediately recognized that by itself.

Welcome back to this episode of my life that sounds like a chapter that I never expected me to have: a full-blown re-practice of how to concentrate in between what I’ve been doing and what the mind is wondering.

Let’s get back to this story of my life that sounds like switching from the “urge” of what the mind taught me—that I had something that needed to be fixed internally to the fact that maybe I’ve just been paying attention to things while I’ve been doing my dishes, cleaning my room, and writing.

If there is one thing that I can hugely want you to take from this advice, it would be to take your power back from a place of your own audacity. From what I thought, there is something wrong with me that I need to get back to this level of “groundedness,” which caused reality to immediately reflect that back to my world in a way that gave this 1-year-ago time-travelled role while I was in that retreat. It was like a continuous journey that has been fully completed; I’ve recognized that the type of thoughts that she produced while she acted from that space were precisely and accurately dangerous.

The speech that came from her self-reflection, criticism, and overthinking—a lot of attention that came from “Am I doing wrong all this time?“ or “Something needs to be fixed.” Yallah, that was one of the most exhausting roles to be in, until I immediately switched the way I think.

The self of who I am immediately becomes the one who navigates my own reality. The immediate quality of thoughts that came from aliveness, joy, gratitude, and alignment became the anchor authority in how I speak about myself, show up, think, and act.

Here is the thing that I’ve wanted you to know:

The sounds of you are your own creator for the reality that you’ve built. While I was in that retreat had couple conversations that doesnt sounds right, but yet so familiarly damn scripted through the way the other part of human made the type of conversation, rather than fully accepted for what it was, the action that sounds like “me” meant to taught the real opinion and what I feel was right is the real life practice itself that sounds like breathing inside a storyline that feels like it’s obvious for you to take.

To be okay when you are not in a state of having a space to listen to the conversation that appears in front of you, knowing when to put boundaries, to be quiet, and to say something. That precise movement that only comes from who you are is what truly matters and will immediately be reflected in your world.

It is about a daily practice: the storyline that, the minute you open your eyes, you’ve let your body move with the motion, with a full inner certainty that this is the type of life that sounds like the future goal that I’ve currently practiced myself into. Through familiarity with the movement of letting the body feel normal, to have this inner coherence between what you’ve embodied and what you continuously show up as until it becomes you permanently.

Let’s get back to the basics:

As a human, to fully live is to have healthy food to nourish the body, movement and stretch for the external body that we have, and the purpose that we consciously breathe until it becomes the real you.

This is the important point that I’ve wanted to highlight in this article.

A purpose or desire that can keep you moving without the need to reach out to the external world every second of your day to refill your own cup. A purpose that sounds like something that you thought was impossible that becomes something that you’ve so damn invested in is what keeps life from becoming yours to have.

A life means you will only ever have one specific life through a repetition of roles that you’ve introduced to your life existence in that morning-night. Through a motion of thinking, behaving, and acting repetitively, what is normal, what keeps you stimulated, is that one desire that you’ve reintroduced to your body over and over again by using this simple, basic foundation that most humans need to have.

In the morning, letting your body experience the world by doing a morning walk really helps me a lot. The mind will wander and put you into so many different timelines that the body has emerged on, and practicing bringing awareness back to the right now while you are doing the movement is giving the specific type of moving forward on one specific storyline that sounds like your current inner role direction through a level state of concentration that you’ve practiced yourself daily.

Secondly, “get ready for the day” sounds like a purpose that you’ve currently breathed in. Shower that sounds like a new beginning, dressed up that feels like my current me, and the inner state to fill your day along. Followed by breakfast or coffee as a good starter to give the mind a piece of the “I am alive“ hitting moment.

The full embodiment of “I am ready for the day” is what will keep you having your cup with a full state of who you are within the day that you will experience through you. It got me remembering this important reminder:

“You are who you think you are.”

So I’ll put the article here for you to reflect on:

The Alignment Lounge
You Are Who You Think You Are
This morning I found myself overthinking and questioning all the things that I’ve been doing for the past 2 years; it was like this sleeping soul that perhaps my mind’s been paying attention to. Nonetheless, rather than entertaining my mind, I decided to take myself for a morning walk…

It got me hooked with so many plot twists that came around me while I was navigating a life that sounds like an ordinarily simple life to be in. After a while, you’ve quieted yourself from survival mode, which left you as someone who perhaps just “lives” like a normal human being who no longer has the old baggage compounds meaning-making mind that used to keep you wondering.

The sounds of old baggage came from how precisely you need to send a daily constant notification to people that your mind used to think was “important,” an immediate email that you need to read first thing in the morning, or a specific thought that sounds special to have every night before you sleep.

The continuity that your nervous system will forever be captured as something that is worth time means the identity that you will forever be carrying on for the next couple of years….

Yep… Your nervous system will only capture a repetitive way of living through

thoughts and emotions you reproduced about yourself = I AM.

It doesn’t understand history, memories, or emotions as the conscious mind does, but rather as a repetition of embodiment that you’ve put yourself in while you are doing that movement and action.

Hence, the concentration practice of living that I want to introduce to you as an important foundational tool that will get the life that the body can recognize:

The attention while you are doing the action and where you place your awareness while you are doing it continuously, through placing that one desire of who you are inside your own life. Until you no longer need to think, but act naturally.

The full embodiment of where you’ve placed your attention back to the body while moving to your own life. That inward vs. outward, while directing constant attention back only to your own.

It becomes every action, decision, and movement that only comes from each role within you, which is naturally leading the way when you can speak up, stop, return, think, and create. It’s like the term “being reincarnated.”

You’ve basically outgrown the script so damn much that the only attention you place is on that forward motion of one specific desire that sounds like the only thing you live on.

It means having the ability to let go completely. That’s what the Buddha's teaching explained, apparently… Let go of all the things that don’t bring you the fulfillment that you currently need, to know that everything here is impermanent and that the only thing you placed yourselves is only coming from a place of “experience,” not to give your energy to it, but the level of boundary sense of knowing that everything always changes, nothing ever rests, and life will always go on to another chapter by itself.

And perhaps, the sounds of letting go in the first place might become the scariest place to be in. A family that you have so much love for, a partner that’s been with you for a while, a career that gives you a sense of comfort…

However, while you are perhaps in this chapter of transition that sounds like all those things don’t bring the same meaning of “matters” anymore, then it can be a big sign for you to take a leap of faith to leave and start creating a completely brand-new life that sounds like “unknown.”

Unknown that you might be left with a sense of “I don’t even know who I am anymore” or “I don’t know what I want in life.” And that can be a sign for you to invite a different version of you that’s been waiting for the body to be recognized by placing a new belief that sounds like a new chapter, that sounds like your creation.

A life that sounds like a new brand that is no longer coming from this world’s algorithm, social expectations, rules, and validation, but from your own inner creativity that sounds like a courageous step, one at a time, that you take yourself daily until it becomes your new normal of living.

A rhythm that changes from a high-intensity to a more intentional, mindful one, or the specific event that you’ve met in the most unexpected moment that led you to a new beginning naturally. By letting go and inviting the magic of how the universe placed you in it is the only portal way of living without suffering.

Therefore, I’ve created this article about a way to recognize a future with ease:

The Alignment Lounge
Your Future Self Might Want to See This
There is something that perhaps we call “in between,” where the mind keeps wondering, “If I do this, perhaps I will get this fulfilling feeling,” or perhaps when it keeps rehearsing the most convenient script, the body can just do it, or maybe when the mind is asking you to do the other things when you are in fact doing the opposite experience itself…

Lastly, removing fear and doubt from your mind is how you win the game in life. Fear and doubt are the only currency that keeps humanity playing small, staying in the lane, and believing potential only appears in a certain portion.

While the truth that might hurt your mind, but you know deep down so damn well, is that we are spirit creatures with unlimited potential within. Anything we think of and believe can become our own reality.

And to simply know the theory without fully embodying the theory itself will simply become another role of “learning” rather than a full testimony of what the world calls it as “miracle”.

It means you are no longer hoping or wishing but rather starting to live it right now. Not even to think of postponing the practice, but it can be as simple as taking one different action than what you used to, which will immediately reopen a new gate of a sense of familiarity by itself.

The practice here is that the mind doesn’t need to think about what’s next, or what I should do, or other yada-yada thoughts that completely waste time, but simply exists by putting one intention at a time of what you actually want to experience right now.

The only task that sounds like a fun one is to just continuously live with a state of ease. Meant to let go, basically. Let go of stressing over things that you can’t control or trying to solve something immediately.

Period.

A life is only one single piece that comes from some roles that you’ve chosen to fill yourself with repetitively through a state of mind that sounds like chirping morning birds that are singing in front of your window every morning.

It’s the ability to hold the urge to switch to different things at the same time. The ability to hold one at a time through a storyline that you release inside your body continuously by separating your old emotions and the state of now, which becomes the only thing that matters for you to live.

To always bring back your awareness to this “simple basic of what your human needs to provide for the body” when the mind starts to wander into a completely different narrative of the story that sounds like a slender who tried to trick you.

It will come like another whisper of a different intention that is not coming from who you are, perhaps another temptation that you’ve outgrown, or the imagination of what the mind puts you through.

Simply bring that back again to the now: what matters to you, and a single purpose that sounds like you.

Especially after a survival mode that is full of high- and low-intensity modes inside your nervous system, a sense of peace and neutrality might become something that your body feels so damn uncomfortable that it might bring the mind to put you into a thing that is just looking for something to make you feel “something.”

Something from the outer world that the mind might put you through the lens of “This will make you feel satisfied,” or “An intention that is no longer coming from a present-you.”

To have a restraint between who you used to be and who you want to be is an essence of rebirth, of yourself becoming a future self that sounds like a happiness and contentment that is no longer coming from the world but your own.

It’s like the building that you’ve built currently internally. The body will always be the same, but the internal architecture itself will always be changing and evolving through the quality of life that you choose for yourself.

The internal universe inside of this body that is repetitively rehearsed through a belief that only comes from who you are is the only thing that matters.

The inner coherence of one thing at a time that you’ve concentrated on within you while you are doing the movement will birth a new version of who you are that sounds like a free-will life decision that you’ve chosen for yourself.

Therefore, time becomes just an illusion of how much life within that you’ve released that sounds like you. That sounds like each role that you’ve played internally that can currently navigate the life that you embodied for yourself.

Perhaps a sound bath that can help a state of mind become a calmer version of itself; a book that sounds like an angel who whispered to the back of your head that came at the perfect time that you needed to have; or sunshine that sounds like the type of stimulation that your body currently needs.

If there is one thing that my body has currently learned, it’s its own: the layer of patience that I’ve chosen for myself right now. By not letting my mind overwhelm me through an illusion of having it all right now in a day, by sacrificing my well-being through horrendous tasks that I can do one at a time at a different time of day.

I guess a full detox with nature—that my body learned is that one moment at a time, I can be patient and give myself proof that I have enough time to have everything that I’ve once dreamed of.

To be okay with being full of uncertain unknowns that I’ve experienced by myself currently too. A daily reminder from Mama Universe that I don’t need to hold on to the things that I’ve currently built on, which eventually compound into a fear of losing the things that I’ve created for myself, rather than just live, trust, and create one thing at a time, and that’s it.

Life becomes a journey where you can give yourself a direction that sounds like an obvious type of decision when you choose from a place of alignment. Aligned with the role that you’ve been breathing through the expression to the reality that sounds like your own creation.

The journey itself is coming from the free will that I’ve wanted you to be able to enjoy and have savored each direction, abstract movement, unexpected delays, wrong choices that sound like growth, and failures that bring you to become a stronger human being.

It’s the beautiful wrong turn that awakened the bigger parts of you that you’ve been scared to face, which turned out to be the most precious tears that sound like a new clarity of what your body and spirit just learned.

So, truly… the only thing you need is the availability for the soul to be shaped into this beautiful diamond through how the universe reveals each step at a time, without the need to run away to an old house that has vanished into a million pieces of wood.

It’s the internal garden that sounds like purity that only came from the essence of who we are before this world changed the completeness of our perspective.

Perhaps through culture, religion, environment, and family. That shaped a structure of a specific movement and behavior that stopped you from experiencing a taste of “freedom” within yourselves.

Although before, the universe, letting you feel the flavor of freedom, meant facing your own fear and the capacity to separate something that once gave you that meaning from what the true essence of the meaning of life is individually.

Freedom within means it is not to fill your inside with everything that your human sense’s body absorbs everywhere you go, but rather to internally let the body experience the state of who you are inside through the world outside until the world itself will give you something that becomes yours completely.

Freedom of choice, decision, and action will lead to contentment when it is used from a state of mind that already knows who you are internally, the nature of your own intention, by placing the action itself and the goal that sounds like it is already yours to be envisioned.

These sets will become the anchor of how your nervous system will integrate into another next identity that you no longer think about but become so obvious and normal for you to just do it over and over again.

It’s almost like the only attention and energy that you’ve placed in your body is on this one specific manifestation at a time, while also letting those surprises from the universe color your life daily without the need to become an immediate turning point in life change transformation that sounds like your whole psychological point of decision.

It’s like the transformation itself should only be coming from how the universe can deliver that back to yourselves, rather than being the one who asked for that specific feedback itself.

So, if you are perhaps in a state of mind of always needing to consistently prove yourself, fix something, solve a thing… I want you to know that to simply let these thoughts go, place them with a freedom of action daily by replacing the old with a new belief that sounds more refreshing to your heart.

Which means it’s like when you cleaned your room when it was dirty; the goal is to make it clean and tidy. It’s the same with your own heart, which has everything within. To make a life a full state of joy and aliveness is through rinsing the old thoughts with the sounds of a better quality of whisper that you place yourself in daily.

Through how you speak to yourself, the decisions that you make, and the intention of the action. All of these become your nature daily and eventually become the real you who stays and navigates the life that sounds like your new home.

Lastly, if you feel deeply resonated with this, I’ve created a more intimate 1:1 space for you to help recognize a life that sounds more like you to have:

1:1 Restoration Space

However, for someone who prefers to practice at their own rhythm, I’ve also created a space that sounds like your own pace:

Restoration Library

I believe this article will bring you the message of what your soul needed to hear right now. And I hope you have a day that’s filled with opportunity, joy, and abundance daily.
