Internal Spaciousness in an Overstimulated World

This week has been such an interesting one, but in a way that my nervous system has gotten better clarity of where my life will be… I’ve been telling myself about how I am such a queen at manifestation when it comes to getting all those desires. The truth is, the only thing you need is to simply stay inside your body physically in a way that you choose to method-act yourself in a way that you want to get that desire to your external world.

A little bit of my life upgrade; it turned out I’ve been a little bit mixed up the life that I had with old memories when my soul was still on that learning journey about what life is… You guys, the key here is only that present moment and how you choose to create that specific life in a way of how you want to play that specific role all over again until it becomes something. There is no such thing as past and future, only the present moment, and you want to fully breathe in using your body, not your mind, but **your body**. To recognize the life that you want is to align in a way that the role that you pick to inhabit is in full coherence with how you consciously choose to behave in your life. Every second of your time, anywhere you go, you fully stay inside that character, no matter what the external world surprises you with. It is about creating more capacity inside your nervous system so that you can experience more things in life without collapsing into some specific meaning-making of what your mind tries to tell you. The reality is truly only gives what you see as normal. Normal means you don’t feel some type of way, but neutral in a way that you are continuously moving forward to another moment, experience, and situation in a way that you fully stay inside of your body.

Embodiment is a repetition of how you put your body into the present moment so much that it no longer braces but understands that the war has been over for a long time, and you don’t need to be in that state of anticipating, hypervigilance, or self-monitoring, or think you are in constant danger every second of your time. It’s that consistency of how you let your body stay in that present moment in a way that says, “This is what safety feels like.” So, it was never about words of affirmation or mood boards on your Pinterest, when in reality, your body still lives in a way that a soldier who came home but still sleeps with one eye open, flinching at every door sound as if danger is about to kick it down. It’s pointless; in fact, you will eventually always live in a way that you feel like something is chasing you, whereas in reality, there is nothing to be chased. You are good, you have time, and you are the author of your own life; it means you have power over every situation, decision, and action in the way you choose to see everything, from the way your body internally feels normal about it.

It’s that strong container that you want to build consistently in a way that you no longer react but simply respond through what your body actually feels like, “this is the right thing to do.” It’s about letting your mind immediately analyze or put a label and meaning, rather than your body simply being there in a way that you feel what is aligned with what you think is right, and you choose to respond in a way that your body feels is the safest action to take. You ignore the external, just focus on being inside your body, and just answer in a way that this is what safety feels like. Therefore, to get yourself out of that old bubble of what you think is permanent is to change that internal architecture that you’ve been putting your body through:

It’s to remove those doubt and fear emotions from every situation that you have by using your thoughts to simply direct your attention to be only focused inside your body in a way that you choose to move, behave, and act. Hence, the term “manifestation” by Neville Goddard appeared, which specializes in talking based on the “Law of Assumption,” which teaches that your imagination creates reality and that the external world is merely a reflection of your internal mental states. This is simply to create that new repetition in a way of letting your body understand that the threat is gone, but the survival pattern remains; therefore, you simply need to create a stronger container to be able to hold it without crumbling so easily that you can continuously move forward as who you truly are.

This situation makes me think in a way that will be so much different than during the old era. The world has been completely changed in a way that everything, including people, stays hooked through what digital media can offer in a way that humans’ minds become so overstimulated that they think what they can offer is simply through consistency, specifically one thing that is happening that their mind recalls through what social media has been telling them, whereas the truth is their mind has simply been overstimulated for so long through endless digital consumption that they slowly stopped existing inside their own life. Instead, you became someone constantly reaching for the next thing, the next scroll, the next notification, the next emotional hit, until your brain no longer knew how to rest inside the present moment without craving another form of stimulation.


Everything that is happening in your life is simply created through what your body most likely craves. The truth is, when you consistently put your brain into constant stimulation, you no longer exist inside of your life; rather, life becomes something that you no longer presently exist in. As a human who lives inside this modern life now, what you need to have and prioritize is that simple internal spaciousness that you have inside of your system in a way that you no longer crave through the external world but truly live as a normal human being who has their life figured out at exactly the right time. Which means you should start to normalize silence and stillness in your daily life, because that’s when your mind can have that reset for you to be able to function as a normal human being.

When you are constantly reaching for another thing, you might say it because I feel motivated, whereas the truth is you are just simply having lunch, or you feel exhausted, but instead of resting, you choose to scroll because “you need to be on”... Or your body has been living under such a deadline that it becomes a way of living, always checking and anticipating for just in case… That's simply that your body is in that dysregulated mode… Nonetheless, it all becomes the only thing your body knows how to do. Hence, the only recipe is to come back to your body. That's just to put your mind back in alignment with what your actual life is. Actual life means the precise life that you have without having your mind interrupt your behavior and movement itself. It can be through breathwork, sauna, cold plunges, or Pilates. Nonetheless, it is to make your body feel what safety feels like. Safety can be felt through the sensation and feeling that your body can produce simultaneously until you are no longer affected by the world, but you just simply create enough internal space for a precise situation, without losing yourself.

Your life should be the only thing you get excited about. To feel alive means you are being present inside your body in a way that this is what happens when the nervous system no longer feels under attack.
