Happy weekend from a little quiet corner of the internet, in a way. I’ve been seeing the world from a million different perspectives, but here I am today knowing the future is mine to begin with.
I’m not kidding you guys, life is truly something that you consciously choose to play in a way that is aligned with who you truly are. It came to my understanding that alignment is coming through embodiment repetitively through how you choose to fully soak into that avatar that you want to be entertained in a way of making your body understand that “This is who I am.” When it comes to wanting more life that you can experience, it is through the system that can hold more capacity through that repetition of how you choose to show up inside of your life. What makes humans move forward is the repetition of stimulation in a way that you want to experience; hence, you make everything that you want to become as normal as it gets. By that means, you are no longer searching every 5 minutes but allowing life to simply come naturally through the back of your mind.
When I said “stimulation,” it meant people got stimulated through sensation, relationships, purpose, meaning, friendship, career, food, and love. All these things keep people able to move to get where they want to be. It took a lot of energy to get this aligned with what you want. However, what I found in this modern life specifically is the intention when it comes to having these things throughout life that you want was simply misaligned with the thoughts and emotions that you consistently put through your mind. These things become what make you externally move forward, rather than internally move in a way that knowing this will be mine; therefore, I don’t need to pay attention every 5 minutes just in case I might lose this opportunity or chances or the love of my life. What I observed is that this came from that prediction machine through your mind that you consistently put attention on in a way that gave you some quick relief from that blank canvas state that you are in. It’s that reassurance that you might want to get every 10 minutes or once a week when things get under your control; therefore, you might lose that sense of “safety” internally because of how much you are always in this state of “I always need to do something or I’ll lose that momentum that I’ve built” as an identity that puts you in a category of “worthiness.”
Meanwhile, the truth is that it just simply came from the lenses of survival mode through fear and a million mixed thoughts that you’ve absorbed everywhere until they became something. Your present self is slowly disappearing, replaced by those consistent thoughts and emotions in a way of how you live inside of your life until you no longer know what exactly is happening right now in your life. Your mind became your own poison that you tried to run away from consistently through others’ stimulation, whereas what you truly need is to sit with that uncomfortable silence to let your nervous system recalibrate and be able to breathe and digest everything that’s been happening inside your life. You no longer function presently but constantly just in that doing motion through those lenses of what your mind taught you, “This is Who You Are,” and this thing will sooner eat you alive because you no longer understand the meaning of what life is; you just become someone who tried to escape from your own life through different stimulation but the same script that’s running through survival. Survival is when you put your body in a way that you see life as something that scared, exhausting, feared, anxious, and constant danger… Whereas the truth is, you are safe; it's just the way your body remembers those muscle memories in terms of how you used this role to keep yourself alive.
The good news is you can outgrow that script. Therefore, the term of embodiment came, and I want to reintroduce you in a way other than through what the internet has taught you. Well, I once was one of those people; it helped me to get away from that old survival mode hahaha… This is not the type of manifestation that you might expect, that is… Embodiment is simply a method of repetition to let your body remember through repetition that the war has been over and you are safe. It came through consistent presence in a way of how you choose to move, behave, and act as a gesture of “this is safe.” The key here is to always come back to the body, which means what you need is only those muscle memories of what safety feels like everywhere and every time you go. Therefore, there is a name of “self-authorship,” or I will name it “blooming the unseen.” This is simply to bring yourself back to the present moment. And I realized almost every human being will have been through that survival mode in different types of situations, so to bring back your present self is to reintroduce you to a different state consistently, so your system can recognize, “Oh, there is another type of life that requires me to exist without bracing, anticipating, scanning, or constantly monitoring myself.” I would say it’s a “becoming” era that you consistently and consciously breathe inside that unfamiliar state in a way of how you choose, move, and behave until your body can see it: “Oh, this life that I constantly choose is actually safe enough for me to be entertained.”
It‘s simple to just create more capacity for more life to arrive in a way that you're able to hold it steady enough without constantly reacting and collapsing. You can remain present in it without letting your mind tell you this or that. The key here is to stay connected with your body in every bit of life that you have now. It’s that alignment that you choose to believe in a way that this is normal; this absolutely is mine to begin with, the future I live now, well, I’m so excited to get there… It’s the bandwidth of your nervous system that can hold more than you thought. Therefore, recalibration or “nothing is happening” should be treated as something that is normal to experience. You‘ve got to let your nervous system breathe, darling… Otherwise, you might collapse from all those overwhelming things. that you are constantly “on” about…

Integration means your thoughts and emotions are aligned with the movement that you consistently create in your life, so that one day you wake up and you realize that “I live inside my dream life now.” It’s about that capacity that you no longer look at but normalize.
