Your Future Self Might Want to Read This

There is something that perhaps we call “in between,” where the mind keeps wondering, “If I do this, perhaps I will get this fulfilling feeling,” or perhaps when it keeps rehearsing the most convenient script, the body can just do it, or maybe when the mind is asking you to do the other things when you are in fact doing the opposite experience itself.

Well, welcome back to this episode of my life, a little bit of updates about things that have been moving through me. A little bit of how I’ve noticed this body right now is coming from a space of longing for that “old script” that I’ve outgrown so damn much. It sounds like I am doing something that I’ve been passionate about, but the mind keeps rehearsing this specific “experience” that the mind predicts it might be something that I will enjoy.

Or, when I’ve realized I decided to do some more human participation in my life, however, this is the tricky, sticky part of what I’ve acknowledged through the way my body gave me these specific movements. The type of thoughts and direction that I can recognize when it was coming from a place of memories or stepping up from my current present self, bringing me along to this next aligned experience from this version of who I am today.

This version of who I am is no longer entertained by a subconscious reaction without knowing which self is currently staying inside my body, or the way I can take a little bit of breathing before speaking without needing to feel guilty or always be on in a networking setting. To be okay when I feel overwhelmed and decide to just shut my mouth without needing to justify the way I behaved.

However, these come from a place of my self-reflection, stillness, and observation, and let’s move forward with the juicy part of myself now.

The upcoming manifestation updates that I’ve breathed in are attending the TED Talk Event in September or the book signing author networking this evening. And the most interesting part about it was the movement that my mind immediately captured: I am coming from a place of obvious direction and action that comes from who I am. It doesn’t become a thing or content for my life, but rather a continuously living normal that my body just repetitively keeps giving me this new journey of what it is, and what I’ve done just to have this aligned capacity for the inner role to be the one who can recognize and fully experience it without having any hesitation. It was like the intention, action, and decision that came from everything that I’ve been building for my life, so that each situation becomes just something that is so normal for the body to have.

It was like the fuel within me when I had this all coming up in life that I could feel internally, and the only thing I needed to do was just to show up. It is no longer coming from a place of thinking about what I should do and act, but rather knowing the expectation of the outcomes that I will gain from these aligned events and experiences that come from a place of who I am.

What I’ve embodied about this chapter that’s unfolding through me is that it should never let the world dictate the way I show up, but rather know that this specific experience, situation, and state is only coming from a reflection of who I am internally. It has always been this way; what’s been holding you the whole time is your own fear that came from the old, reprogrammed human that stays inside you.

Living your own life means you take that authority from a place of your external eyes to the inner soul inside your body through repetition, starting to act like the one who already earned their place the day you were born into this earth.

It means not letting yourself focus on just one specific “identity” or “role,” but rather becoming so flexible that it comes from who you are internally and how you express yourself externally. The way you show up only needs to be recognized first by the body as “safety.” Any type of behavior and action that you repetitively give the body piece by piece daily as evidence of safety, then the character will immediately go into this new reality by itself.

So, by that means, to have full self-control over what you actually want to specifically experience first. Not to just keep absorbing whatever it is in front of your eyes that gives you a quick sense of “feeling”, but rather to know who you are and what you’re going after precisely; the only character of how you’ve rehearsed to your body should come from that state of motion.

It is about giving the “new character” a body to fully land safely. So, bring your imagination to create this new state of motion that is only coming from this character that sounds like your future destination, a body to live permanently. The character is a soul who just needs to be practiced on your own body repetitively until the body can just remember the way you naturally behave and act.

This external body is the most loyal soldier that you can imagine. So, to make it work in your favor is not coming from just imagining yourselves or building your own Pinterest board and just visualizing yourselves, but rather an inner action that is coming from who you are becoming, that you’ve repetitively given the body the proof itself until it all adds up and it becomes you eventually.

Living as a human means stopping entertaining your external eyes by starting to focus on this spiritual inside of your body that’s been waiting to be released so you can fully experience the real thing of what truly matters for yourselves.

Not from what the mind has repetitively been rehearsing the same motion of familiarity—rather from the actual thing that you can perfectly savour each occurrence that’s appeared in your life.

Hence why there’s always this sentence that I’ve heard the most: “I feel full externally, but yet still missing something internally. Or, “I can get anything I want materially, but yet mentally I’ve felt exhausted, stressed, and overwhelmed.” Or, “I’ve built this big company, which has put me into a state of sacrificing myself, especially my health.”

The most interesting thing is that they’ve known, yet they just keep narrating the same scenario in their life over and over again, because what they need is never coming from the world but just a space within themselves- that inner capacity of each role that you’ve continuously improved internally.

These are each roles within you that needed to be nourished through each conscious movement that is coming from your intention and the action every time you rehearsed yourselves within. So, the more life you want, the more you nurture the body internally, not the more looking-outward type of work with the expectation that you will get that “life” that you imagined.

This led to a specific ingredient that I want to introduce you to.

Self-Control

Having this self-control is the most crucial part when it comes to living inside that specific reality that sounds like who you are. It’s a mental resilience that you’ve practiced in your mind and body, into the thing that you can place your attention repetitively on your own.

It’s a mental battle between what your mind taught you—I want this immediately, or else I will be collapsing—and you know so damn well that you are stronger than what the mind wanted you to be, so you channeled that urge into a place of creation. Creation is where you can start to notice how much your mind has been placing that vitality through you. To acknowledge how much of your attention to the world has been clouded by the way you decide and move, and to start to place that back into the world of creativity.

When the mind wanders and urges you to take that specific action, the only thing that used to stop you was to immediately channel that into writing. Instead of entertaining and listening to what the mind puts me through, it is to immediately give that unused vitality through one invention of what you’d like to pursue.

To have this mind-fasting so much until the body can start to recognize who I am and what I want to precisely experience that only comes from how composed I can be subcutaneously with my action within me.

To give the body healthy nutrition, exercise, and learning, creating is the most crucial part of living a human’s daily experience that the body needs to have until it shapes the quality of your own thoughts, beliefs, and life.

Anything else will become just nothing but a conscious participation that you’ve picked intentionally for your own inner experience. Not to prove yourself, “I am capable of having this,” but rather, “I am just living my ordinary type of life that I’m currently breathing in.”

It is like giving a pulse to this storyline of your own life, which is to make the body no longer brace but to fully exist like a normal human being. To start, taking yourself more seriously and being accountable is truly one of the types of self-love that you can give yourself.

With that, life will become your own savory victory that you can bring wherever you are, knowing so damn well that the universe will always have your back and provide unlimited resources that you can ever think of.
